Toni McCorkill Boyles Communication Scholarship:
Named for Toni McCorkill Boyles, WU alumnus and friend of Communication Studies at WU. This scholarship is available for currently enrolled Communication Studies majors or minors with at least a 3.0 GPA overall, and at least a 3.0 Communication Studies major GPA. Decisions concerning award of McCorkill Boyles scholarship funds will be made by Department faculty based on academic and extracurricular performance, financial need, and a short essay. Priority will be given to majors.
Meredith A. Moore Communication Award Scholarship:
Named for Dr. Meredith Moore, former chair of Communication Studies at WU. This scholarship is available for currently enrolled Communication Studies majors or minors with at least a 3.0 GPA overall, and at least a 3.0 Communication Studies major GPA. Decisions concerning award of Moore scholarship funds will be made by Department faculty based on academic and extracurricular performance, financial need, and a short essay. Priority will be given to majors.
Charles A. Fulcher Memorial Fellowship:
Named for Dr. Charles Fulcher, former faculty member of Communication Studies at WU. This fellowship is available for currently enrolled Communication Studies majors or minors. There is no minimum GPA requirement. Decisions concerning award of Fulcher fellowship funds will be made by Department faculty based on academic and extracurricular performance, financial need, and a short essay. Priority will be given to majors.
