Eligibility
Summer housing is available to Washburn students meeting at least one of the following conditions:
- Students taking a summer course at Washburn
- Student enrolled for the upcoming Fall semester and who have lived with us this past year or will be living with us next year (booking required)
Availability
Housing applications for Summer 2024 open on Monday, April 1st in the Residential Living Housing Portal found on the Campus Life tab on MyWashburn. Available dates include May 27th - August 2nd.
Room options for student summer housing is generally limited to the Washburn Village due to maintenance and conference schedules.
Students wishing to live on-campus between their spring-to-summer or summer-to-fall contract dates may qualify for a interim period as following:
- Residents for the outgoing Spring 2024 term may apply for the first interim period from May 10th - May 26th
- Residents for the incoming Fall 2024 term may apply for the second interim period from August 2nd - August 14th

Full Session Dates: May 28th - July 18th
First Five-Week Session Dates: May 28th - June 27th
Second Five-Week Session Dates: July 1st - August 1st
