Proctoring Services at Washburn University

The Academic Testing Center provides proctoring services for Washburn students for both accommodations and make-up exams. In addition, we also offer proctoring services for community members and students from other universities.

Washburn Students Needing Accommodations Exams

If you need proctoring for an accommodations exam, please ensure your accommodations are first set up and approved through the Student Accessibility Services Office. Once approved, your professors will submit your exams through the Accommodate portal. You will also schedule your exam and receive reminders through the Accommodate portal. Just come to Plass 226 on the day of your exam to take your test!

Washburn Students Needing Make-Up Exams

There is no charge for a Washburn student who needs a Washburn make-up exam proctored. However, we do need your instructor to fill out the Proctoring Services Request Form before we schedule your exam. After this form is submitted, we will reach out to you to schedule your exam via Navigate and you will receive text/email reminders. Then, just come to Plass 226 on the day of your exam to take your test!

Proctoring Services for Non-Washburn Exams

Individuals needing an exam proctored for another university or organization will be charged the Correspondence Test Fee listed on the Testing Price List.

Please fill out the Correspondence Proctoring Request Form [COMING SOON]. After this form is submitted, we will reach out to you to schedule your exam.
