Application and Admission

The most current Radiation Therapy application will be available beginning August 1. Priority applications will be accepted until February 1 for the upcoming class.

1. Apply to Washburn

If you are not already currently enrolled at Washburn University. Complete the Undergraduate application to the University.

 


2. Apply to Radiation Therapy

When completing the Undergraduate Application, students should select YES to the question about applying to a specialized Allied Health or Nursing program. Students should then select Allied Health – Radiation Therapy as the academic interest. When both selections are made, the Radiation Therapy application will be made available to the student via the Undergraduate application portal.

Please refer to the Application Information Packet for important details about the application process as well as post-acceptance information. 


3. Submit transcripts

Submit official academic transcripts from ALL educational institutions, where college credit was earned to the Office of Admissions. If you are currently enrolled in a Radiography Program, ensure your official transcript includes your most recent fall semester grades.

Application Deadline: February 1

Applicants who meet the February 1 deadline will be notified via email by April 1st of acceptance or non-acceptance. Please be sure the email address provided on the application paperwork is legible and clear. 

Applicants who submit an application after February 1 will be notified via email by May 1 about whether there are open spots in the class.
