What sets Physical Education at Washburn apart?

Teaching Licensure Only: P-12 Physical Education Teaching

A P-12 Physical Education Teaching Licensure program is offered for students who have graduated with a non-teaching degree in any discipline and want to pursue a licensure program in Physical Education. Students should work with a Kinesiology Department faculty advisor to determine specific KN Major requirements needed based on credits from their non-teaching degree. They will need to complete Education Department Professional Education Requirements and be admitted into the Professional Teacher Education Program through the Education Department (36 credits).
