MBA Admission Requirements
The Washburn MBA program examines each applicant on a holistic basis that includes educational background, work history, letters of recommendation and other applicant-specific qualifications that suggest you would be a good MBA candidate. This admissions process has allowed Washburn to consistently attract top students with a wide range of backgrounds. Depending on the applicant's academic history, there are opportunities for either full or provisional admission to the MBA program. Fully-admitted students are not required to take graduate program entrance exams, such as the GMAT or GRE.
Undergraduate business and non-business majors are encouraged to apply.
We have seen both undergraduate business majors as well as non-business degree holders achieve high levels of success within our program. This success translates into greater earning potential, more career opportunities and access to networking opportunities in numerous fields. Whether you have an undergraduate business degree or a degree in another field, the Washburn MBA is structured in a way for you to quickly and efficiently achieve greater levels of success.
