1. Visit 2factor.washburn.edu

2. Enter your credentials

  • Log in with your Washburn credentials.

3. Click on "Call Phone"

  • Verify your identity via phone call.

4. Answer the phone call

  • Press on * on your phone.

5. Click on "Add a device"

6. Click on "Duo Mobile"

7. Enter your current phone number.

8. Make sure the number is correct

9. Download Duo Mobile

  • Click on "Next" after downloading Duo Mobile.

10. Get an activation link

  • Click on "Get an activation link instead."

11. Put in an email address

  • After clicking on "Get an activation link instead," you can tell Duo to send the activation link to your Washburn or a personal email account.

12. Check your inbox

13. Click on the activation link

  • Congratulations! Your device is now enrolled in Duo and can be used to authenticate your Washburn email, among other protected services.
