The purpose of this site is to facilitate the submission, review, and prioritization of capital, equipment, and technology requests for the Washburn campus.
As part of the university's ongoing planning and budgeting process, departments are encouraged to submit requests for capital improvements, equipment purchases, and technology investments. When preparing requests, consider needs over the next one to two years, as procurement, implementation, and project timelines may be affected by market conditions, vendor availability, and resource constraints.
Early identification of technology replacement and enhancement needs is particularly important. Many technology solutions are dependent on other systems, software, and data integrations, and advance planning helps support effective budgeting and strategic decision-making.
Requests are submitted through Dynamic Forms.
The forms are designed to be straightforward and easy to complete. If your request requires a more extensive proposal, use the Statement of Need field to provide an executive summary and attach any supporting documentation. The minimum request amount is $5,000.
Each request will be reviewed and prioritized through the approval process. During submission, you will be asked to identify the dean or director responsible for reviewing the request and assigning an initial priority. If you are the dean or director, simply select the appropriate option and assign the priority yourself.

Once your request has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that it has been received. You can also view submitted requests through the Forms History section of Dynamic Forms.
