A fully online submission process for the annual capital, equipment and technology requests is available for your use. While each online form is a little different, each uses the same approach and technology. The Capital and Equipment request forms are very similar, while the Technology request form is a little more detailed. Reference the pages below for more information.

Request Schedule and Approval Processes

Capital Improvements/Other Equipment/Technology Equipment  

  • August 19 (Monday) – VPAT issues forms and instructions for Capital
    Improvements and Other Equipment requests.
  • October 11 (Friday)Requests in all categories must be submitted and approved by dean/director. Submissions are closed after this date.
  • November 18 (Monday) – AVP of Facilities Services (AVP-FS) to provide list of submissions to executive staff for prioritization.
  • December 6 (Friday) – Executive staff to provide prioritized lists of submissions to FSD for cost analysis.
  • January 13 – Febuary 14 – Facilities/Budget Committee meets to review all lists and determine final list.
  • February 19 (Wednesday) – Final Technology Equipment prioritized list to Budget Director.
  • February 20 (Thursday) – Budget Director turns in completed agenda item to VPAT.
  • February 27 (Thursday) – Agenda item due to Board Secretary.
  • March 13 (Thursday) – Board of Regents reviews and approves list.
